Psychotherapy

I have nearly two decades of experience providing behavioral intervention and psychotherapy to autistic and neurotypical youth and adults. Additionally, I provide SPACE treatment for parents of both neurotypical and neurodivergent children. Sessions typically consist of 50-minute weekly sessions occurring via HIPAA-compliant Telehealth. Psychological Evaluation

I conduct evaluations for children, youth, and adults suspected of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other commonly occurring mental health conditions. All evaluations are conducted through Love Your Story Therapy in a hybrid approach, with in-person portion happening in Burlingame, CA.

Consultation

Consultation services are available for licensed mental health clinicians working with autistic individuals and their families who would like guidance on providing services in a neurodiverse-affirming manner that also addresses the mental health and behavioral needs of this population.

Psychotherapy Offerings

  • My approach for autistic youth and adults is neurodiverse affirming with CBT and behavioral therapy methods.

  • For youth and adults, my approach is primarily CBT to focus on symptom reduction associated with anxiety, depression, and general social challenges.

  • I provide RUBI parent training for parents who have a child with ASD. RUBI is an 11-week structured parent training program that equips parents to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.

  • I provide SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence-based parent-focused treatment for children and teens with anxiety and OCD. Rather than working directly with the child, SPACE helps parents learn how to reduce anxiety-driven accommodations and respond in ways that build confidence, independence, and resilience.

    SPACE is especially helpful when a child is resistant to therapy or stuck in patterns of avoidance.
